Board Chairperson, Beverly Tucker, is the keynote speaker and will talk on the state of civil rights in America today. Ms. Tucker has had a 30 year legal career securing and defending the civil and constitutional rights of workers, students and disadvantaged people. We will also hear from Tessa D’Arcangelew, ACLU Tech and Civil Liberties organizer and from local leaders who will speak on issues in the California legislature.
