YMCA El Dorado HillsJoin us on Wednesday, April 5 when program leaders and students from El Dorado Hills and Sacramento will tell us about a NEW Youth & Government program to start in our community!   This program is for middle and high school students (grades 8 – 11) and their parents.  Delegates and advisors will share their experience with this program.  This community volunteer program lives by the motto, “Democracy must be learned by each generation.”

Events, critique of student bills at “Bill Hearing Night”,  presentations and other activities help develop leadership and civic involvement.  Over 3,000 high school and 900 middle school youth participate in California participate in this program.  Check the web site above for more information.
